Data Deletion

If you signed in to BlokBlox (including through Facebook Login), you can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and removes everything we hold that is linked to it.
Delete From Within the App
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
- Open the BlokBlox app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete button.
- A confirmation message explains exactly what will be removed. Confirm to proceed.
Once confirmed, your account and its associated data are deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes all data associated with it, which may include:
- Your account profile and any login association (including data received from Facebook Login, such as your name and email, if you used it).
- Game progress, scores, and saved settings tied to your account.
- Any other personal data linked to your account.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be tied back to you, and records we are required to keep by law, may be retained as permitted under our Privacy Policy.
Delete by Email (Fallback)
If you can’t access the app — for example, you’ve uninstalled it — you can request deletion by email:
- Email olddawgstudios@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line “BlokBlox Account Deletion Request.”
- We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data, typically within 30 days.
Removing the Facebook Connection
To disconnect BlokBlox from your Facebook account at any time: open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select BlokBlox, and remove it. Removing the connection on Facebook stops future data sharing; to also delete the data we already hold, use one of the methods above.
